• You have a first significant experience in Sourcing and Recruitment
  • You have knowledge of general sourcing tools (StepStone ; Linkedin ; …)
  • You have a interest in engineering and/ or IT environments
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French and you have a good knowledge of English
  • You are able to lead a small sourcing team
  • You are willing to evolve towards HR roles (admin/ management)
  • You are well organized, a strong communicator and a real team player
  • You can set your own goals and works towards them in an independent and efficient way


  • Define recruitment targets with Business Engineers and Sourcing team
  • Manage (set-up targets; follow-up and support) of small sourcing team ons and your profile
  • Manage search and selection of right candidates
  • Manage ad publications on all available platforms
  • Pre-qualification of candidates by telephone
  • Conduct interviews autonomously
  • Completion of the administrative hiring tasks
