Developing the skills of our employees is an asset for our company, and we naturally endorse your desire to progress. Each year, you can submit a request for training or certification to your manager. Your manager can also put forward suggestions.

 

Your personal and professional development is the key to making every one of our projects a success. It is essential to liaise with your manager or HR advisor so that we can accommodate your aspirations to develop your career: through training, geographical mobility or a change of job.

 

We strive to retain close contact with our experts even when they are geographically located far away from our headquarters. This means that you benefit from regular updates from your manager to discuss, for example, how the project is progressing. Furthermore, a quarterly review with an HR officer is scheduled to ensure that everything is running smoothly for you.

 

We organise events every quarter for our teams to get together. These are social occasions aimed at bringing together our community of consultants and motivating them to take up challenges.
