Purpose and Personal Data collected
Website navigation does not require registration. However, ALTER SOLUTIONS may process your personal data to maintain quality of delivered service and effectively answer the user requests. Purposes for the personal data treatment are listed below:
1. Commercial inquiries
When a user contacts ALTER SOLUTIONS for commercial purposes – whether via e-mail or the dedicated contact form – we will collect the necessary data in order to respond to your requests, including name, email address, telephone number, company name and sector, and technologies. Personal data will be kept while it is necessary for the intended purpose, after which will be eliminated. In this case, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
When a user sends in a spontaneous application via the e-mail address published on the website, ALTER SOLUTIONS will collect the necessary data to manage the applications. This includes name, email address, phone number, academic and professional data and CV. In this case, processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, which are the recruitment of qualified professionals to our team.
Personal data will be kept for a maximum period of three years, after which will be eliminated. Application for minors will not be accepted.
For this purpose, personal data collected may be shared with other companies of the ALTER SOLUTIONS group, as referred below.
3. Other inquiries
When a user contacts ALTER SOLUTIONS with any inquiry, we will collect the necessary data in order to respond to your requests, including name and email address. We may be legally obliged to respond to the user’s inquiries. If that is the case, data processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject. Otherwise, the controller has the legitimate interest in responding to any inquiries of the users, for they may be potential clients. Personal data will be kept while it is necessary for the intended purpose, after which will be eliminated.
Data subject rights and exercise of rights
Under the legislation in force, data subjects are guaranteed the right to access, rectify and erase their personal data, to restrict and oppose their processing, as well as the right to data portability and processing restriction. Whenever the sole legal condition for the processing is the user’s consent, the latter may also withdraw previously given consent, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
User may exercise any of the referred rights, within the limitation foreseen in the legislation, through the e-mail address privacy@ alter-solutions.com. The user also enjoys the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority (CNIL – Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés).

Without prejudice of the statement above, your personal data will not be shared with any third-party without your consent, except with workers at ALTER SOLUTIONS operating the website and only when and what is strictly necessary, as well as service providers in charge of technical operations, with whom ALTER SOLUTIONS will ensure a data protection policy.
