Training needs are discussed annually with each employee, at the time of performance evaluations;
All training requests are analyzed by the Department, together with Business managers, in order to ensure that all needs are answered;
The budget dedicated to the organization and implementation of training actions is more than three times the mandatory legal minimum;
Training sessions are held in partnership with recognized organizations in the countries;
We also offer courses and certifications in different technical areas – Software, Cybersecurity, etc.
Our training actions guarantee not only the development of technical skills, but also transversal ones, such as project management, communication or languages, among others.
